Classes can be purchased individually or buy a package to be used in
the month of purchase. An early morning class with breakfast to go
is $15 or $10
without breakfast. (Breakfast is protein fresh smoothie or fresh
or organic juice and veggie quiche, or various homemade muffin) Fresh
juices such as carrot, apple, watermelon or pineapple provided
upon request.

We
offer Yoga Teachers Training certification for Yoga
Alliance Registry. Our next four-month training
starts in January with a $600 discount off the regular
price for this session only. We are one of only 13
schools in Texas at our level to certify our teachers
for registry with the Yoga Alliance giving national or
international accreditation. Ask about our upcoming
workshops on topics such as Meditation, Forgiveness,
Vegetarian Cooking, Herbal
and Supplemental Therapies, Body Typing and more
usually held the 2nd and the 4th Tuesday evenings
monthly from 6 to 8 pm. Retreat weekends on the
beach offered semi-annually.

Appropriate
attire and preparation for Yoga class is footless tights, leggings or fitted mid-thigh
shorts and tee-shirt. Bring a yoga sticky mat, small
blanket or beach towel. Please remove all
jewelry. Shower before class when possible and do not eat for at least two hours
prior to class. Yoga mats can be
provided for first time students and are available for purchase
together with other yoga equipment or supplies.

Hatha Yoga
Teachers Training Course will provide certification for registry
with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. You will
gain a deep and profound basic foundation on  which
to develop yourself as a teacher. As the course
progresses, each student will be given opportunities to teach
ongoing existing classes and lead during the training when the
instructor designates. Included in the course will be
focus on developing your physical practice for all level
students with correct form and flow of Asanas. Emphasis on
breath of full yoga breathing and pranyama (Prana) together with
focus and concentration known as Dyhana for holistic development
of body, breath and mind. In addition, the following will
be studied and practiced during the course.
- Meditation
- Guided Relaxation
- Postures and classical poses with flowing sequences
- Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyles

- Physiology and Anatomy
- Sanskrit definitions
- Eight-limbs of yoga
- Class protocol, marketing and business development

COURSE
SCHEDULE
Exact times
and days to be determined by students and teacher to work out
upon registration. An example can be: Mon., Wed.,
& Fri. 10:30am - 1:30pm and every other Saturday 11:00am -
3:00pm.
The foregoing would add up to over 200 hours and would give room
for adjustment and the opportunity to gain additional hours if
conflicts arise later. Attendance at classes during the
week required as will work with your schedule.
Opportunities will be presented to gain additional hours with
workshops or special events throughout the course.
ALL
MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED
Student needs a yoga mat, yoga blanket and bring a willingness to learn and respect the
teachings of the masters as well as respect for one another in the group. Vegetarian
meals will be provided for the Sunday training. Bring your
own snacks or lunch for other times. Certificate of completion will be provided to each student who exhibits understanding of
the principles of yoga, patience with themselves and others and a sincere desire to share
what they have learned.
